1260 Quat pump VL G1311C - no vacuum problem

Question

Hi 
 please help , i have an hplc 1260 infinity , the Quat pump VL G1311C in indicating a not ready condition ( NO VACUUM ) , and when launching the method , a red error is displayed '' ( LIMIT NOT REACHED ) 
 can you help to find a solution of the problem? 
 and what s the reason of it ?

Sounds like the vacuum degasser isn't reaching sufficient vacuum. Ensure that all four of the solvent lines have liquid in them.
