How can i flush microorganism/algae in my system? Can i use 3% hydrogen peroxide? Any other suggestion?

Hi everyone, 
 I was wondering whether is possible to flush microorganism in the system. I couldn't find almost any information regarding this subject. 
 Is It possible to use a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution? Does It damage any component in the system? 
 Do you have any extra suggestion?

Hey Boris 
 Its better if you use 100 % polar solvents like acetonitrile and methanol disconnecting the tubes from detector for 30 minutes.
