The default ip address is 192.168.254.11
Make sure that you have the correct info for each module- In case you have a larger loop or metering head etc. If you need assistance, please call your local Tech support and we'll be able to assist.
Note: When you request an exchange, you will also want to make sure the new module has the same firmware.
