Press the start button and then the system is "not ready" (agilent 1100)

Question

I start the sequence and after 10 minutes of wait (I don't know why I have to wait 10 minutes), the sequence not start and inmediatly there is a message of "not ready" in red. I don't know why the HPLC don't start the sequence because I do all the acondicionate steps to start and all the modules seem to be ready

 You should check the method that you loaded and the method selected in sequence table, if they were different then this type of signals are shown, and make sure all the compartments in software are running according to set method or not, or some time the sampler compartment shows red if you forget to put vial for needle wash. So check once all the method parameters if it doesnt solve then call service engineer
