Sounds like an MCT G7116A/G7116B problem to me. I don't have any details on your system, but it could be a firmware issue. Upgrade the firmware on the entire stack to the latest revisions (or call Agilent customer came and ask them to guide you through). If that doesn't help, you'll need to have an engineer onsite.
