We have an Agilent BIO UHPLC 1260 chromatography system and would like to inquire about its tolerance for salt, specifically, whether it can withstand 2M NaCl, 2M HEPES, and column cleaning solutions (1M NaOH and 2M NaCl). Thank you.

The system would be okay with all the solvents besides 1 M NaOH because that is around pH 14 which is out of specifications. Recommended for that step would be 0.1 M NaOH which would be more compatible with the pH limits of the system.
