G7167A HPLC Multisampler does not recognise its own drawer

We have an LC-MS with an Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC stack, with a G7167A multisampler. The multisampler has one drawer installed with 2x 54-vial plates. We have had some communication issues recently where the transport initialistation kept failing after a power cycle. This was resolved by swapping the ethernet cable between two PCs connected to the instrument.

However, the current problem is now occurring. The PC can fully communicate with the HPLC and I can perform an auto reference calibration of the multisampler robot. However after I do this, the two semi circle lights on the drawer go out, and the Data Acquisition software says "There is no drawer installed in the multisampler hotel" when I try to set the type of well plates.

If recognised correctly, the instrument configuration for the multisampler drawers should be:

<empty>

<empty>

<empty>

<empty>

G-4267-60024: 2H Lid

G-4267-60024: 2H Lid

G-4267-60024: 2H Lid

G-4267-60024: 2H Drawer

However, after I perform the auto reference, the configuration I get is:

<empty>

<empty>

<empty>

G-4267-60024: 2H Lid

G-4267-60024: 2H Lid

G-4267-60024: 2H Lid

<empty>

<empty>

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Thank you.
