Hi!
I want to change the HPLC setup regarding the sample taking part, now I use sample vials, but I want to switch to 96-well plates. Has anyone done the same? Do you know who I should contact to change the HPLC setup? Do you have any suggestions or recommendations?

    Hey, based on the description of your container in the previous message, I think you do not have the 96DeepNunc, but rather the 96 Nunc. The dimensions could also be reviewed via the instrument configuration, then clicking on the multisampler configuration, and then define sample containers. The 96Nunc and 96DeepNunc seem to have different plate heights. 14.3 and 31.5 mm respectively. When the correct tray is chosen, the sample does everything then automatically as long as the containers have enough volume.

    Hi Kbush, okay thanks, so then everything is fine after I choose the correct container and the system for sampling is ready for start the injection and don't need other particular set-up, right?
