Autosampler thermostat shuts off at end of worklist.

Check to make sure that the sampler is configured the same as in the past. You probably want the sampler to be in "constant temperature" mode. Check on this easiest via the driver interface. See photo.

Maybe when configuring the autosampler after replacement, the configuration was not identical to the past configuration.

Unfortunately, MassHunter B.05.01, Build 5.01.2025.1 does not have a Modify choice in the context menu on the autosampler. It ends with Assign Wellplates. Do you know if it can be found elsewhere?

I am not an expert in MassHunter but I would try reconfiguring the instrument and see if that option is in there if you have run out of alternatives
