Please what is the PN for the mechanism of Agilent 1260 infinity ii Autosampler G7129A ?

that is the transport assembly- G7129-60600 But, I would make sure to try a few thigs first... a forced cold start ? Forced Cold Start I recommend calling your local service group service

Sampling unit, sample transport Assembly?.
Could you pls be more specific? Or tell us about symptoms?

this error appears and the arm of the autosampler does not move after grabbing the sample
