Valley in capillary electrophoresis results

Hi to all

I have an Agilent 1600 capillary electrophoresis

I see a valley before my major peak in 24 min , this valley change in time but not very much, i change the column but the valley can be seen yet
i used standard buufer kit for igg analysis
