cassette temperature problem

Hello, 
 We have a capillary electrophoresis Agilent G1600. The cassette temperature remains at - 0,3 degrees. We think that a fuse has blown but we are not sure. Do you have an idea?

Is the fan blowing? Is the green LED on inside next to the Peltier device when you open the top cover? We don't make this model CE anymore and have run out of parts. There is an 8 amp fuse, but that part is also obsolete. 
 Consumables are still available.
