I particullary have tested and advise the method at our app note https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/applications/5991-5571EN.pdf

This app is avaliable in enlighs and also portuguese. We have a lot of possibilities at this method and AA that can be eluted. Other methods are also avaliable at our website and app notes, depending on your matrix and etc.

Please be aware that also standards, buffers and supplies are avaliable for the complete solution. As you have tryhtophane as analyte, you should have the mix but also the AA complementary solution. That would be 5061-3330 (final number change to change concentration) and 5062-2478. Other analytes at these mixture can be used as internal standard
