calibration HPLC non linéaire

Je développe une methode HPLC pour anions /cations avec une colonne Poroshell Hillic et un dedecteur DEDL.

Sur l'analyse des sulfates, les resolutions sont excellentes mais la calibration montre une courbe non linéaire, est-ce possible et normal?
