Agilent 1200 series HPLC installation

Which version of chemstation you have?

Detail of computer and windows operating ?

Module description of Hplc? 

Yes, what version of software do you have?   Do you have Lab Advisor, and are any modules seen?  If yes, what firmware rev?

The chemstation is B.04.03, Computer is HP and the Windows has Windows 10 Pro. The pump is G1311A, The sampler is G1329A, the column heater is G1316A, and the detector is G1315B. We don't have Lab Advisor.

B.04.03 works with windows 7( 32 bit ).

I don't know how u install this with windows 10 pro.

Do you have Lab Advisor

We don't have Lab Advisor. The computer is coming with the instrument. So I am not sure why the vendor installed Windows 10 Pro.

I will suggest to log a service call to your local agilent to resolve this.

You have B.04.03 chemstation and computer with windows 10 pro. And B.04.03 is not compatible with windows 10.

B.04.03 will work with Maximum windows 7( 32 bit).

So you need support from your local agilent..
