We have several 1220 Infinity II system (G4290B) on our location.
They are connected same type of computers with same windows.
Only one of them has connection issue as below.
Since there is connection to detector (I can control detector fully), I am not sure what makes to fail for other parts like pump and injector.
1220 Infinity II system is single unit as mobile unit (no separate compartment). There is limit that I need to try except turn off and on again.
After repeating turn on and off, sometime it works.
If there is any suggestion I can do different way to make them connect, please advise me.
