Issue in G7129B - Sample Cooler Error

Hello folks.

 

I have a problem with my Agilent G7129B, more precisely in Sample Cooler. Running Sample Cooler Function Test the follow errors message appears.

EE 30790
EE 30751

I know the error ID 30751 is associated with issue in sensor temperature (PT1000), but the error ID 30790 i never saw before.

 

What i need to do to fix this problems?

    Hello- are you sure the error is EE 30790 and not 30709?  We cannot find 30790.

    Error ID: 30702, 30709, 30710
    The sample cooler has detected condensate inside of the leak pane.
    Probable cause Suggested actions
    1 Blocked drainage Switch off the instrument and remove the
    condensate tubings. Place a beaker underneath
    the waste outlet. Check the waste container.
    There should be no kinked and sealed tubing.
    2 Defective leak sensor Replace the sample cooler.
