Hi, We are having some issues with the gripper not being able to pick up the sample vials or dropping vials half-way. I think we might need to replace the magnetic piece inside the gripper. Can you help with the part# and also the instruction manual for replacing the piece?

The GC Sampler 80 came with an extra magnet that attaches to the bottom of the syringe carriage with a setscrew. Shown at the purple arrow. Is that the part you need?
It is used with these alignment gadgets that sit on top of the GC injection port septum nut.
