Hello! When you say "turn on", can you be more specific? What task are you attempting to perform when the click occurs?
I ask, because there is a distinct click that happens when performing an Auto Tune or Tune Evaluation, and that is the calibrant valve opening. However, it should only be happening when tuning, or if you have programmed to occur during your run, using GCMS Run Time Events (this is uncommon, but possible for some applications).
What is "it"? The GC or the MS? The software shows no errors? What models GC and MSD do you have? Could you post a video of it?
