Separating opioids ... which ones? in what matrix? at what concentrations? What carrier gas? What detector?
J&W GC Columns | Gas Chromatography | Agilent
Choose the GC column selector tool, then Toxicology and Forensics, then Opiates, then a length, inner diameter, and phase thickness - 30m × 0.25mmid × 0.25µM = GC Column Selector | Agilent
or search Agilent.com for "Opiates" Search | Agilent . There are 29 opiate related application notes: Search | Agilent
We even have a better tool to find application notes, Scanview. It contains 6000+ Agilent application notes and you can search on components, groups, etc. Still Paul's question are all valid, just "opioids" is not enough information to advise anything except a standard apolar MS-column with standard dimensions.
Wr use helium as our carrier gas, the detector we use is MS and the concentrations will vary in ug
