I can't seem to get our new instrument to pass an EPA DFTPP tune for method 525.2. We recently got an instrument with the hydroinert source and I have only gotten a couple of passing tunes but nothing that is repeatable. I have tried manual tuning myself and even tried different flows into the mass spec. Lowering the flow seemed to help a little, but I still get varied results. I have attached my most recent DFTPP target tune and the last couple of runs (same parameters) with DFTPP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
