Hello, I have made a change in septum and liner on our GC/MS (7890B). Afterwards and the next day, i have done an air/water check. I have a 0.99% of H2O but a 60% of O2... What can i do to reduce the O2 percentage?

Hi marcfadel welcome to the Community!
I moved your question to the GC/MS Forum for better visibility.

Was the air/water check before you changed the septum and liner acceptable? 60% Oxygen...what is the Nitrogen percentage? 60% Oxygen would either be a gigantic leak and the Nitrogen percentage will be off the charts, or there is oxygen in the carrier gas.
