Hey all,
I'm troubleshooting a sudden loss in sensitivity on the instrument. The baseline noise has drifted below zero in scan mode and as this is an established method I do not believe lowering the peak threshold is necessary (method is set to 50 regardless).
The system is leak free and I've changed the autosampler syringe thinking the loss in recovery could be due to a bad plunger but no luck.
A curious thing with the autotune report popped up where the relative abundance of m/z 69 was 100.0 and 219.00 at 98.1. I am used to the value of 219 being much lower than this though I could not find any criteria listed anywhere stating this indicated a problem- only that the 219 needed to be > 40%. /resized-image/__size/1280x960/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/147/2068.baseline.PNG

Source cleaning occurred less than 2 months ago, haven't had any issues like this since.
Any ideas?
