On a PAL3 (G7368-66667) equipped with SPME Arrow and controlled by MassHunter (10.2.524.1), when we open instrument control, the PAL parameters screen pops up. The HeatEx stirrer parameter is blank, surrounded by red and nothing appears in the dropdown menu. We have rebooted and powercycled. Has anyone seen this problem?
