I have recently exchanged my 7693 Autosampler to a new (refurbished) and after installation I get the following error when trying to calibrate: "Calibration aborted Rack not present". Any suggestions?
I have recently exchanged my 7693 Autosampler to a new (refurbished) and after installation I get the following error when trying to calibrate: "Calibration aborted Rack not present". Any suggestions?
Calibration of the sampler tower and tray together requires that the rack is in the tray and the calibration vial is in position one. Please see the manual.
