GCMS 8890/7000D, PSD 1 Excess flow. Source Cleaned column changed leak check ok. Auto tune failing N2 water too high.

Was this issue resolved?  Sorry that no one responded.  The PSD1 Excess flow error and the tune failing may be related?  N2 and Water too high still could be either a leak or too high flow into the MS.
