I have a problem with the transfer of set data in the MassHunter GC / MS Acquisition program to Agilent 8890 GC.
The problem occurs with most, but not all (!!), loaded methods.
For example I load the problematic method with set 'Oven Temp On' on 70 C but the Oven Temperature do not decrease from 80 C to 70 C (and Agilent 8890 GC do not reacting on the change too).
It should be done automatically by loading method or press 'ok' button then I change the data but it's not.
But then I changed it manually on the Agilent 8890 GC screen the temperature goes down and it works fine.
The same issue is with the rest data like 'Flow' or 'Pressure' and the rest when I load a problematic methods.
Can you advise what is wrong?
