cannot load GC-method as I am getting two errors "Attempt to download method to GC failed" and "GC offline"
we had an errors during acquisition as we broke the plunger on our syringe, the syringe was replaced but I do not know how to resolve the error as ALS sampler is still blinking that its at fault
can you help me to resolve error and guide me how to be able to start acquisition again ?
(our software is MassHunter Workstation version 10.0 on our GCMS 9000 Intuvo system)
