HIVAC pump not ready. HIVAC pump off.

Question

Hello dear. I have problem the GC/MS 7890, 5977B issue and the required MS Source and MS Quad temperature not getting.

If the HiVac pump is off - the system is not under vacuum to be able to run. The MS source and quad cannot be heated until the system is under vacuum. 
 The directions on how to vent and pump down the MS are in the Operating manual and also the Troubleshooting and Maintenance Manual. Please reply if you cannot find those along with the model number of the MS.
