Back inlet pulse inactive

In our lab we are currently using our GC with splitless injection mode. But when we tried to load the method with pulsed splitless mode the GC is showing an error status "Back inlet pulse inactive" how to fix this issue ?

Is this on a 6850 GC ?

It is inactive because the inlet is waiting for "Prep Run" to be pressed, either manually or by the sampling sequence. It just means that the inlet pulse is not in pulse mode yet.

How to create and run a sequence is described in your software manuals. Which Chemstation version are you using to run your system?

And is this on a 6850 GC?

Its GC7890B and the software is Mass Hunter 10
