Source Heater Error: Timeout

Check wires..Sometimes wire touching or very less gap also create problem, so first check this otherwise hardware issue..

Hi ISH, yeh all wires look good and they're all in the right place. Would a single bad wire prevent both heaters from heating though? Both my source and quad temps aren't moving (quad is about 45-50 and source is about 33 - assume quad is higher as there's some heat coming from the transfer line).

Yeh I checked that out but my heater readings aren't erratic as in the above they're very stable but they're just not increasing on command. I suspected the source heater but it's got continuity and I'm seeing the issue with both heaters, not just the one. That made me think the fuses (especially as there was a power out just before this) but they both look OK too. I'm assuming it might be the main board... :(

If you have two ms then swap those parts and check.

Or remove heater block and check carefully of any contamination.

PCB very rarely goes bad so check everything again..
