An analysis run randomly stopped early today. In the log book I saw the following messages:
Some requested data is absent due to record overflow at runtime 18.57
Instrument fault: No emission current
With some searching I came to the conclusion that the filament had blown, so I switched to the second one. The software said this filament was OK, however, autotune repeatedly failed. I've attached the error messages from the log book and the autotune from the morning when the system was running fine.
Any suggestions for what I should do now would be much appreciated.
