error during measurement

Hi,

please do you have anyone experience with this error, we have 7890a with 7000A, Masshunter version 7, this happens during the measurement.

Hi PavelK, Try shortening your path length. It looks like there are duplicate data folders. As a Test go back to C:MassHunter\GCMS\1\Data . Regards James
