Hello jwhiddon,
please look for the autotune log and rename it. The location of the log depends on the software you're using. In MassHunter this should be C:\MassHunter\GCMS\1,2,3,4\Logs\autotunelog.ei.csv.
In MSD Chemstation it should be C:\msdchem\1\5975\eitunes\atune.csv.
If you rename or move this file, the software will create a new one. The tuneplot will start with new data and the error message is gone.
Best,
Michael

Thank you Michael! I knew the file must have been full, but I wasn't sure if the software would automatically create a new one if I moved the old file.
