Compatibility of ChemStation B.04.03 with GC6890 in Windows 10

Hello,

I have a TCD + FID GC 6890. Need to upgrade to Windows 10, because Windows will no longer provide security updates for Windows 7. Is Chemstation B.04.03 compatible with windows 10?

Alternatively, will A.10.02 be compatible with GC6890?

Hello,

No, ChemStation rev B.04.03 is NOT supported on Windows 10. If you need to upgrade your operating system to Windows 10 then this will require that you also upgrade your ChemStation software.

6890 GCs are supported in ChemStation rev A.10.02, though you will run into the same operating system compatibility issues in A.10.02 seeing as that revision is only supported in Windows XP.
