Our 7890A GC is set for total flow of 42.8 ml/min. Septum purge flow is set to 2 ml/min. The split ratio is at 50:1, but the split flow is at zero. I understand that I cannot adjust it as it is greyed out and should be a portion of the total flow. We had a power outage a couple of weeks ago, which caused the aux 2 thermal heater to be turned off. We have since turned that back on, but now have this split flow issue. Any assistance would be appreciated.
