8890GC connect issue

Hello,I have a 8890GC connect issue,I can ping the GC IP but cannot connect the GC from browser .If configure GC from Chemstation C.1.10 control Pannel, cannot get the GC info too.

What IP are you pinging and getting a reply from?

Also, if you go on the GC screen to Settings -> System Settings -> Network, what are the values you see there for:

DHCP

IP

Net Mask

Gateway
Cancel
