Hi, I have an old 6890 with a jet direct card. We lost power to the instrument and since then it has not been able to connect to the PC. I tried updating the bootp software with the correct mac address and power cycled instrument with the same issue. I even replaced the jet direct card and cable and still can't ping the instrument. I even went as far as to uninstall bootp and reinstall it. This is a windows 7 computer running chemstation B. Has anyone else seen this and if so do you know how to correct the issue?
