After changing column, concentration is lower of the QA, GC

Are the columns of the same type? If you have the exact part numbers for the columns that would be better.

Was there any change in terms of method parameters? Or is the method exactly the same, just the column was changed?

Do you currently have a higher, or a lower concentration with the new column?

I think the problem is dat the settting already werent the same with the column inside, because i bought the same column what was inside and the settngs were different. So it always measured on that column but with different settings.

Yes sorry, method parameters. I dont think they were ever set right when column was installed. Im new here so :P

Make sure they are set right on the GC itself.

My whole validation/Qualty sample was validated on the wrong setting, so that is gonna mess everything up. I discussed this with someone and they said its fine for now, just change maybe when there is gonna be a new Q sample
