Agilent GC-HS unit 8697 making squeaking sounds when running. Please help!

Hi, 
 
 I am currently running some GC-HS analysis and the HS unit (8697model) is making a squeaking noise, which sounds from the carousel. 
 
 Any advice on how to fix this issue?

 It would be hard to tell, not seeing it or hearing it in person. But a good start would be to make sure there is nothing in the carousel that might cause that (broken vials, caps, or various other debris). 
 Could also be that there is a carousel problem, or maybe motor problems, but again, hard to tell without seeing it.
