  What detector and what are we looking at? Is this a blank run, solvent run, standard? It looks like normal column bleed of an older column.

  I'm not experienced in FID so I'm not sure what normal bleed looks like. So yes I would trim the column and check for leaks first then a new column. Can you look back at older runs when this column was…
