GC offline

Hello.

I run the sequence but when I opened the GC Offline to check the nicotine level it didn't pick anything. It wasn't even showing zero just blank. How can I resolve this issue. I am attaching picture as reference.

Hi Abdul, From the picture, it appears your FID flame was extinguished. You can put a metal wrench or a mirror at the top of the detector to see if the exhaust contains moisture from the combustion,…

Hi Abdul,

From the picture, it appears your FID flame was extinguished. You can put a metal wrench or a mirror at the top of the detector to see if the exhaust contains moisture from the combustion, but a flat baseline at zero output usually means the flame is out.
