I don't think there is a way on your end. Usually the valve diagrams are provided during the installation, to my knowledge.

It is worth mentioning that any customer at any point can change the configuration. In this case, the valve diagram would not be applicable any longer.

The best way to obtain the (original) valve diagram for your system would be to reach out to Agilent local service team.
