Agilent 6890 GC Chromatography, Pneu Error 0012, Loss of Inlet information

Hello everyone 
 
 I had a problem with gc chromatography. 
 When I turn on the device, I see the message "Pneu Error 0012, PCB Cmd Error:2003". 
 
 And when I run the software through the computer, I can't see the information about the inlet. 
 Only the information about the temperature setting is visible, and it exists in an unknown state. 
 
 Currently, I can't use GC due to such an error, so I'm leaving a message on the forum if I can get help.

 This is more than likely a board problem, and the recommendation is having an Agilent representative replace that for you. A similar problem was posted in the past , slightly different error, but very likely the same outcome. 
 I would recommend to reach out to your local Agilent Team .
