GC ALS error 411

Dear Sir,

today we received ALS 411 error. In Agilent GC ALS error codes,we observed it is electronics error. what could be the reason for Electronics error occurred.

Dear CMZainea Thank you for your reply,After got the ALS error 411. Restart the instrument & done the alignment, now the instrument is working fine.

Hello apparao.mallelli ,

This post was moved to a new forum as it pertains to a different error code than the one you replied to.

It would be really hard to tell what there would be an electronic error. Could be a power outage potentially, but I wouldn't be able to tell with any certainty, it would need investigating.

Did you have any electronic issues with any other module on the GC or the GC itself?

Thank you for your reply,After got the ALS error 411. Restart the instrument & done the alignment, now the instrument is working fine.
