Changing carrier from He to N2

Hello everyone. We have a GC System 7820A (HP Plot Q and Molesieve MSO columns) that we use to detect/measure CO2, CO, H2 and CH4, both with manual and automatic injection. Due to availability problems we have decided to change the carrier from He to N2. We will do the calibration curves again using this new carrier. Has anyone made this change or can you tell me about any important points to keep in mind? In some measurements, He of balance gas may be used, can it be identified at reasonable times using N2 of carrier? Thank you so much
