About 220 volt

Hi ! Tell me....

Question about 220 volts in the power supply. if there is no land, how can this affect the device? can it break and the second question. if there is 120 volts between the ground and zero, how will this affect the device? can electronics burn out? It will be interesting if you share cases from practice.

  • HI azrael,

If you do not have a grounded outlet, please unplug the GC until the power is addressed by a certified electrician.  This is a serious safety hazard.  The GC operation may be compromised, but the bigger concern is personal safety.  A proper ground is a site preparation requirement for the GC.

If you would like to add a picture of your outlet, we may be able to check the measures with you.
