problem in 7809b gc

hii, i m facing a problem when i m using 7809b gc online.....when i started this then offline shows on the chemstation status....while i open online gc still offline shows on chemstation status,,what should i do.

Sir we checked the connection, connection is ok .

But still it is showing offline.
Now,what to do?

Hi Saloni,

¿what software do you have?

if the ping to GC responds, if you have openlab 2xx or version c, workstation you can try to configure the instrument again from opelan control panel .

Instrument/select the instrument, check the ip address, remove the selected models to the left, then add them to the right and insert the ip address
