problem in 7809b gc

hii, i m facing a problem when i m using 7809b gc online.....when i started this then offline shows on the chemstation status....while i open online gc still offline shows on chemstation status,,what should i do.

Hi saloni,

you can do a ping to GC IP address you can find the ip address in GC keypad , press (options/communications/ ip address) and check if there is communication, if not you can also reset the switch or change the lan cable to another available port, and then restart switch, compuer and pc
