Agilent 6890N shutdown error #11 Back Det (TCD) ref. flow

Hi Agilent community,

I have an Agilent 6890N and I am getting a shutdown error#11 Back Det (TCD) reference flow not reaching the set point. The makeup gas does reach the set point. Any suggestions to fix this or what specifically I should be checking? Thanks

What setpoints do you have for reference and makeup? How high does the reference flow get? If you increase the reference flow setpoint does the reference flow increase or stay the same? It's likely a leak on that line somewhere or the proportional valve on the EPC module has failed.
